Hey everyone, welcome to the Friday update!
We’ve had an exciting week. Clayton, one of our designers, had his gall bladder taken from him in the prime of its life. Such a shame. In honor of Clayton’s surgery, I have taken the liberty of writing a brief poem.
Blood is red,
Gall stones hurt,
We’re glad you’re OK,
Now get back to work!
Seriously though, we’re glad he is back. He is an integral part of the team, and the game would not be the same without him. In other, perhaps more relevant news, here is some of Alex’s most recent tile art for Gehenna, the Decrepit City. In Gehenna, knowledge is hidden deep among the broken remains of an ancient library. Unfortunately, information is not the only thing hiding there. Alex has done a great job capturing that mysterious and foreboding feel we were looking for. We hope you like it as much as we do!
We would also like to take a moment to give a big shout-out to all of our play-testers. They have been putting in a lot of time and energy, and they are cruising through the game. The feedback we’ve received has been excellent. Thanks for your hard work, guys! That’s all for now. We’ll see you all next week.
